Position Overview:
- Job Title: Site Manager
- Location: Seattle Northgate primary – very occasionally other locations, as needed
- Typical Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, this is a salaried position(exempt)/hours may vary
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually/exempt (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Overview of Position Details:
The Site Manager is responsible for the operational success of the hub location for multiple high-volume clinics. This key leadership role bridges frontline management and regional leadership —supporting both daily operations and long-term growth.
Key Objectives
- Ensure seamless clinic operations across multiple service lines and teams
- Foster high-performing, engaged clinical and administrative teams
- Support and optimize provider productivity and satisfaction
- Drive location-level profitability, efficiency, and service excellence
- Mentor and support supervisors and emerging leaders within the districts
- Act as a strategic operations partner to the District Manager and regional leadership
Essential Responsibilities - include the following, although other duties may be assigned:
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations of a large, complex dermatology clinic with medical, surgical, and cosmetic service lines
- Ensure patient flow, staffing, compliance, and schedule coordination across suites
- Collaborate with the District Manager to align local execution with annual goals and AOP targets
- Support site-specific cosmetic programming, events, and promotional planning in collaboration with marketing
Team Leadership & Development
- Directly supervise front and back-office staff (PSRs, MAs, scribes, techs, etc.) and oversee lead or supervisory staff at the location
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for clinical and administrative team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development meetings
- Mentor team leads and district supervisors, support leadership development and internal advancement
Provider Operations & Support
- Partner with providers to maintain efficient and productive schedules
- Coordinate provider onboarding, time off, CME tracking, and scheduling strategies
- Leverage operational data (no-show trends, online scheduling, wait lists, etc.) to optimize access and clinic performance
Financial & Inventory Management
- Monitor medical and cosmetic inventory levels; place and track weekly orders
- Review sales/utilization data to inform supply strategy and cost control
- Help implement promotional contests, revenue-driving initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities
Culture & Communication

- Lead staff meetings, foster engagement, and facilitate transparent communication between departments
- Partner with HR and senior leadership in addressing performance, morale, and personnel matters
Strategic Support & Succession Planning
- Act as on-site leadership backup for District Managers as needed
- Support implementation of new policies, workflows, and change initiatives across the districts
- Participate in offsite leadership meetings, educational events, hiring initiatives, and cross-site projects
- Contribute to building leadership depth within the organization through training, mentorship, and project-based development

Qualifications:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3—5+ years in a multi-provider medical or healthcare operations leadership role
- Prior experience managing both clinical and administrative teams in a medical practice or multispecialty clinic
- Dermatology, surgical, or cosmetic experience strongly preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- Comfortable using scheduling, HRIS (e.g., ADP), and performance reporting platforms
Required skills and abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of the company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Washington Pay Range
