About Frontline Wildfire Defense
Founded in 2017 by landscape ecologist and fire mitigation expert Harry Statter, Frontline developed the first fully integrated wildfire defense system to stop the leading cause of home loss in wildfires: ember-driven ignition. The system combines exterior sprinklers, full-coverage design, and connected software for remote monitoring and response, allowing homes to protect themselves long after families evacuate or infrastructure fails.
Proven effective during the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, 96% of homes with Frontline systems survived. That success has earned top industry recognition, including Frontline being recognized as one of TIME’s Best Inventions 2025 in the Green Tech category and receiving the PCBC Gold Nugget Award for “Most Innovative Housing Concept” and the Best of IBS Award for “Best Home Technology.”
As wildfires grow hotter and more frequent, our vision is to give people the tools and strategies to live safely with fire. We’re building a mission-driven team creating real-world solutions in wildfire safety and climate tech.
About This Opportunity
As Warehouse & Inventory Control Lead, you will own the day-to-day operations of Frontline’s Temecula storage facility - the hub that keeps SoCal installation crews supplied, organized, and ready to deploy. Frontline’s systems include sprinkler hardware, copper pipe, pumps, sensors, nozzles, and a range of specialty components that need to be accurately received, tracked, staged, and delivered to job sites across Southern California.
This is an individual contributor role working closely with the Supply Chain team. You will take direction from the Supply Chain team on day-to-day priorities, owning both the facility operations and local material deliveries to Southern California job sites. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you will be operating company vans to transport materials to installation crews across the region. The role is currently facility-based at Frontline's Temecula storage location, with plans to relocate to a permanent warehouse facility near Ontario Airport as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate and reconciled
- Identify and flag discrepancies, damaged goods, or low-stock items proactively to the Supply Chain team
- Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage that allows fast picking and staging for installation crews
- Support demand planning by tracking consumption patterns and flagging reorder needs
Receiving & Shipping
- Receive and process inbound shipments from suppliers and vendors, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
- Prepare and stage outbound material kits for installation projects based on job schedules and Supply Chain direction
- Ensure all outbound materials are correctly documented and accounted for before leaving the facility
Facility Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage facility that meets OSHA standards and Frontline operational requirements
- Manage tool and equipment inventory stored at the facility, including tracking condition and flagging maintenance needs
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows, material handling processes, or inventory systems - and bring forward practical solutions to the Supply Chain team to help build scalable operations as Frontline grows.
- Support facility transitions as Frontline moves toward a permanent warehouse location near Ontario Airport
Delivery & Field Support
- Make local delivery runs to SoCal job sites as needed, working in coordination with the Temecula delivery driver
- Communicate directly with field installation teams on material availability, delivery timing, and any substitution or shortage issues
- Act as the on-site point of contact for any material or inventory questions from installers or project managers
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Frontline’s inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Provide regular inventory status updates to the Supply Chain team
- Document and track any returns, damaged goods, or warranty claims for materials processed through the facility
