About Five Rings

Five Rings is a proprietary trading firm founded with a vision of combining strategy, innovation and technology to succeed in today’s global markets. With offices in New York, Boca Raton, London and Amsterdam, Five Rings trades in various domestic and international markets, both established and esoteric. About Five Rings QT Connect: 

Over the course of two days in March, first-year students will have the opportunity to learn about quantitative trading. Students will have hands-on experience working and networking directly with our Traders and participating in market making games. Additionally, you will learn about the culture of Five Rings and what goes into being a successful trader.   

The program will be held March 19 - March 20, 2026 in our New York office. Travel and housing accommodations will be provided for all students. 

About You

• First-Year undergraduate student
• Interested in pursuing a career in quantitative trading 
• Intending to major in a STEM-related field 
• Eager to learn more about life at Five Rings 
• No prior financial experience necessary
