Digital Health Data Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Digital Health Marketplace Services team. This role will serve as a core analytics partner to leadership, responsible for building visibility into customer journeys, partner performance, and operational outcomes across new services and marketplace offerings.
You will deliver analysis and insights that directly inform prioritization, optimization, and business decision-making. The focus of this role is not just reporting, but helping the team understand what is happening, why it is happening, and where to intervene. You will measure funnel performance, identify friction points, and support iterative improvement across acquisition, conversion, fulfillment, and ongoing engagement.
While this role requires strong analytical depth, familiarity with DTC/ecommerce and regulated environments is important, as many decisions sit at the intersection of consumer behavior, operational constraints, and compliance considerations.
Specific responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary knowledge base for marketplace, funnel, and operational data across web analytics, channel platforms, and first-party data systems.
- Develop, build, and automate dashboards and reporting that provide clear insights and recommendations related to conversion, throughput, engagement, and performance.
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across acquisition, checkout, intake, fulfillment, and follow-up flows.
- Support experimentation and testing efforts by defining success metrics, analyzing results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement tracking requirements, including event taxonomy, tagging, and instrumentation.
- Execute ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions, including funnel performance, retention and CRM behavior, partner SLAs, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare performance readouts, case studies, and post-launch analyses.
- Support KPI definition, forecasting inputs, and performance monitoring to inform business targets and operating decisions.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles supporting digital products or ecommerce businesses.
- SQL proficiency required; comfort working with large, imperfect datasets
- Strong experience with web and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Fabric, Looker/Data Studio, Heap, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of cloud data architecture and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.
- Experience working with Data Engineering teams to set analytics requirements and data structure needs to handoff work from data ingestion to analysis
- Solid understanding of funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and performance measurement across digital journeys
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders - Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or marketplace models is a plus but not required
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
