About The Role
The Sales Manager Role is a vital role within the Schumacher North America Sales team. We seek an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans while fostering a high-performing sales team through effective coaching and mentorship, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and market share.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Maintain existing Sales Growth Responsibilities for your current territory.
- Utilize client outreach, sales techniques, cross-selling, and sales reports to develop and implement a sales strategy and help reach the overall regional sales goal.
- Place and follow up on customer orders; work with internal Support Teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep showroom accounts up-to-date on new products and offerings through a targeted outreach strategy.
- Partner with clients to explore and identify all needs within each project.
- Build a strong customer following and fellowship through consistently delivering the highest quality product and client service.
- Expand your working knowledge of our Schumacher collections to become a trusted expert through product knowledge.
- Partner closely with a Schumacher Account Executive to ensure client and sales success.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, staff, and the community.
- Collaborate with the managing director to manage regional sales initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and sales team members to iterate and streamline Showroom operations and processes and implement Operational strategies.
- Assist the Managing Director in Managing and tracking Team Sales Funnel progress and Monitor progress toward monthly sales goals, team objectives, and team member KPIs.
- Helped manage new hire onboarding for regional team members and ongoing training for regional sales team members.
Sales Manager Requirements
- Track record of highly successful Sales performance.
- Knowledgeable and/or enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry.
- Organized, attentive to detail, and excellent at managing your time.
- Efficient and work with a sense of urgency.
- Adept at identifying growth opportunities, including high-potential customers & new accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative teammate.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
