Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 9-5

Saturday 10-5 (When part time Showroom Sales Assistant is on PTO)

Boutique Sales Representative and Marketing Specialist (Job Description):

Boutique Sales

  • Proactive Sales & Lead Conversion: Conduct high-volume outreach to generate interest, engage with prospects, and convert leads into sales through calls, emails, and other communications. 
  • Collaborative Sales Planning: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Manager to develop a monthly “plan of attack,” prioritizing trade clients and Homeowners, setting KPIs, and strategizing how to hit sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Offer creative and strategic solutions to help clients overcome any obstacles to purchase and provide support when challenges arise. 
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to solve problems and offer comprehensive solutions for clients. 
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offerings to best serve clients and offer tailored recommendations. 
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide an inviting and high-quality experience for Boutique visitors, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful. 

 

  • Boutique Pop-ups – planning items to sell, packing items, setting up booth, running the pop up, breaking down booth, returning product to the boutique.

Visual Merchandising and Marketing

  • Maintain design standards throughout BOUTIQUE including aesthetic and product presentation to attract customer interest.
  • Maintain all product signage including new product and existing displays.
  • Ensure Furniture and Accessories are all tagged and in proper floorplan locations.
  • Fulfill strategic visual merchandising to ensure Boutique products are displayed to drive client engagement.
  • Communicate supplies and signage needs for the BOUTIQUE to Sales Manager.
  • Contribute to management of Regional Heartland Social Media Account with posts related to showroom and BOUTIQUE display/events and Trade Business.
  • Bring creative ideas to champion the brand with leadership.
  • Help coordinate and work BOUTIQUE events.

Boutique Sales Representative and Marketing Specialist Should Have (Job Requirements):

  • Experience working in a retail or showroom environment or Design-related degree.
  • The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Able to do some lifting (50 lbs max).
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite and POS systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
