Role Overview
The Showroom Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in helping drive sales opportunities and supporting overall sales performance across our Florida sales territories. This dual-brand role will support both Patterson Flynn and Schumacher, focusing on showroom traffic management, proactive client outreach, sample follow-ups, and overall showroom organization. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a connector between the sales floor, showroom operations, and the insides sales teams to ensure exceptional client service and sales execution in a variety of business generating responsibilities for Patterson Flynn and Schumacher including:
Outreach
- Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, showroom follow-ups) to generate sales funnel momentum and to keep Schumacher and Patterson Flynn top of mind.
- Partner with Sales Team to build and execute impactful outreach strategies
- Proactively generate high-potential leads using social media trends and market insights.
- Assist with project shopping, sampling, and client engagement to build long-term relationships.
- Assist with Schumacher Regional Instagram cross promotion both Schumacher and Patterson Flynn
Sales Support
- Collaborate daily with sales team members to identify follow-up needs and conversion opportunities.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the showroom and field sales teams.
- Accurately log sales activity in internal platforms and support tracking of outreach and leads.
- Review sales funnel data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to overall sales success.
Showroom Merchandising & Client Support
- Maintain showroom appearance and organization to brand standards for both Schumacher and Patterson Flynn.
- Manage samples, go-backs, new collection displays, and merchandising updates.
- Assist in supporting showroom events and client appointments preparation.
- Provide high-touch support to walk-in clients for both Schumacher and Patterson Flynn, assisting with product education, sampling, and overall service to help convert visits looping in Sales Team when needed.
- Ensure the showroom consistently offers an elevated and welcoming experience for all visiting clients.
