About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Product Analyst to join our team, focused on driving growth, margin, and customer relevance across our multi-brand product portfolio. This role goes beyond reporting — the right candidate will deeply understand our products, connect the dots across data sources, and proactively deliver insights that shape strategy and accelerate performance.

Responsibilities

Dashboarding & Performance Tracking

  • Build, maintain, and continually improve dashboards in partnership with Portfolio Development, Special Orders, Procurement, and Design teams.
  • Track performance across top-line sales, margin, and other KPIs — at the collection, region, and pattern level.
  • Recommend new views or metrics that improve visibility into portfolio health.

 Strategic Insights

  • Lead hindsight analyses across the portfolio to surface what is working and what is not.
  • Translate findings into hypotheses for new collections, new goods, and recoloring opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that influence design, merchandising, and product strategy.

Thought Partnership

  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying opportunities or risks before they emerge.
  • Bring a proactive, “business owner” mindset — connecting data to strategy and customer impact.

Data Integration & Usability

  • Connect disparate data sources, clean and organize information, and make it usable for decision-making.
  • Ensure stakeholders across the business have access to accurate, actionable data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles (consumer goods or design-related industry a plus).
  • Strong experience with Power BI (required) and familiarity with SQL or other data tools a plus.
  • Proven ability to go beyond reporting to deliver strategic insights.
  • Comfort working with large, complex data sets and cleaning/structuring data for business use.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to translate data into compelling stories for non-technical partners.
  • Passion for design, product, and customer relevance a plus.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000 USD
