About the Role

We’re seeking an E-Commerce Growth Associate with 3–5 years of experience who is highly analytical and comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights. This role is responsible for driving growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce channel while supporting leadership with reporting and executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Growth Insights

  • Analyze e-commerce performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across our customers and portfolio 
  • Track and interpret KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, revenue, and customer behavior
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve site performance and sales results

Reporting & Communication

  • Create easy-to-read, visually clear reports for cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Translate complex data into concise insights for non-technical audiences
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals

Executive-Level Deck Support

  • Assist in creating executive-level decks and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Develop clean, polished slides that clearly communicate performance and insights
  • Support leadership in framing key takeaways, trends, and next-step recommendations

B2C E-Commerce Site Management

  • Manage ongoing updates to the B2C e-commerce site, including content, merchandising, and promotions
  • Coordinate site updates with marketing, creative, and technical teams
  • Ensure all site changes are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversion

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or a related field
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or Google Sheets required; BI tools a plus)
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presentation creation
  • Hands-on experience managing or updating a B2C e-commerce site (Shopify)
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics or other e-commerce analytics platforms
  • Experience with Snowflake & SQL
  • Experience supporting or collaborating on paid marketing efforts (search, social, or display) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, or merchandising best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
