As a member of our translational research team, you'll explore the forefront of scientific discovery—from developing novel assays to predict viral escape routes to designing effective antigens for potential variant coverage. 

We're Looking For:

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic co-op students eager to dive into groundbreaking research.
• Individuals with a background in molecular biology and cell culture with a desire to master novel techniques.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct immunological assays to assess immune responses elicited by vaccines, using techniques including ELISA, MSD/Luminex, and virus neutralization assays.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of novel assays for antigen characterization and vaccine performance evaluation.
• Utilize molecular and cell biology methods, such as PCR, NGS, and flow cytometry, to build and screen lenti- and cell-based libraries in multiplexed neutralization assays.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related field
• Experience with molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction and PCR
• Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique
• Strong organizational and communication skills
