About the Role

We are seeking an HR Co-op to support the Human Resources team in advancing Flagship’s Global Initiatives. This role will provide exposure to international HR practices, global talent strategies, and organizational development projects, while building hands-on experience in HR operations and cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent & Staffing Support
    • Assist with sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding processes for roles tied to Global Initiatives.
    • Support talent mapping, mobility planning, and workforce analytics across geographies.
  • HR Operations & Processes
    • Maintain HR data, records, and reporting for global projects.
    • Help develop and document global HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Coordinate cultural and engagement initiatives for international teams.
    • Support pulse surveys, communications, and events that connect teams across regions.
  • Project & Initiative Support
    • Provide administrative and research support on strategic HR projects linked to Global Initiatives (e.g., partnerships, global expansions, cross-functional teams).
    • Prepare presentation materials, meeting notes, and trackers to ensure alignment and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in global business, cross-cultural work, and HR strategy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
