Training Schedule: 4-weeks, Monday - Friday 10am-6:30pm EST

Schedule: There will be a mix of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedules available, based on business needs. Exact schedules will be discussed at the time of offer.

  • This position will be virtual and you must live within a 90 mile radius of the SDF2 location and you must live in the state of Kentucky when applying and if selected for the role.
  • If selected, you will be required to complete a background check for this role.
  • Additionally, a license is required for this state so you will be required to apply onsite for the Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTC) from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy if you have not done so already.

Our Opportunity:

Chewy, America’s #1 pet pharmacy, is seeking a CS Healthcare Pharmacy Trainee to join our amazing team! You will be part of a team that is made up of strong, passionate team members dedicated to delivering an exceptional, memorable, and reliable experience for pet parents, every time!

In this role, you should be comfortable taking incoming calls at a high volume/fast pace. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Directly engage with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Go above and beyond to “wow” our customers. We aren’t looking for order-takers or script-readers – we’re searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 90 days tenure in your current role.
  • No Corrective Action's issued within 90 days of applying.
  • 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to commute to and from the office for all scheduled shifts.
