Our Opportunity:

Chewy is currently seeking for a Non-Inventory Control Lead at our fulfillment center in Mount Juliet, TN! The Non-Inventory Control Lead will help coordinate our non-inventory functions within the building along with the FC Buyer. This position will work directly with our Buyer and Inbound Operations to administer the flow of non-inventory goods coming into the FC.

What you'll do:

Ensure all Non-Inventory deliveries are accurately received, unloaded and delivered to the accurate staging location or department that placed the request
Inspect quality & count of incoming supplies against BOL/Packing Slip for accuracy
Lead all aspects of organization of supplies to both Outbound & Inbound departments
Set up operations for success by placing & positioning supplies in appropriate areas and positions
Assist in researching missing or damaged non-inventory supplies
Electronically close PO’s following confirmation of deliveries using Procurify/ERP
Serve as backup for daily supply counts
Assist when needed with pallet collection & placement on accurate trailers
When needed – aid in maintaining general housekeeping throughout the warehouse
All other functions as deemed vital

What you'll need:

Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and Web Browsers
PIT certified- Dock Stocker & Reach Truck required, others as needed/wanted
Basic understanding of Chewy boxes, BOL’s, loading and unloading of trailers
TSR certified
Ability to multitask
High level of integrity and ethics
Numbers Oriented
