Wholesale Lead - C03, IC

Chewy is seeking a Wholesale Lead to serve our wholesale operation in Goodyear, AZ! The Wholesale Lead will coordinate the management, receipt, storage, and transfer of wholesale inventory under the direction and supervision of the site’s Designated Representative. In this role, you will be an integral member of the team and a partner in the overall Chewy ecommerce fulfillment network. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement, quality and incredible customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain a safe and clean wholesale facility by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Receive and transport inbound orders
• Prepare and transport product transfers.
• Accurately document received and transferred shipments.
• Supervise a team of hourly Team Members and train them to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.
• Use computers and other electronic devices to input information from product deliveries.
• Inventory control, including cycle counts, outdates, stock rotation, returns processing, damages, and quarantining suspect product.
• Problem solve inbound overages/shortages, inventory discrepancies and receiving/transfer errors when needed.
• Maintain and ensure the appropriate security of the wholesale facility and inventory stored within.
• Assist the Designated Representative in record keeping, verifying track and trace documents, daily reporting, audits, inventory counts, and daily wholesale operations.
• Participate in additional projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned.
• May perform miscellaneous job-related duties in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Meet and maintain quality standards.
• Be trained and able to operate manual and electric material handling equipment.
• Continuous training and licensing/certification as required.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass background checks as required per state and federal regulations
• Be a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) pr pharmacy technician trainee in the state of AZ and have the ability to maintain licensure
• Must maintain positive demeanor in team and safety-focused environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, either with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Continuous walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling in a warehouse environment up to 10 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail when receiving orders and preparing transfers
• Must have basic computer skills
