Non-Inventory Control Lead

Our Opportunity:

Our team is looking for a Non-Inventory Control Lead at our fulfillment center in Jessup, Pennsylvania!

The Non-Inventory Control Lead will help oversee our non-inventory functions within the building along with the FC Buyer. This position will work directly with our Buyer and Inbound Operations to coordinate the flow of non-inventory goods coming into the FC.

 

What you'll do:

  • Ensure all Non-Inventory deliveries are accurately received, unloaded and delivered to the proper staging location or department that placed the request
  • Inspect quality & count of incoming supplies against BOL/Packing Slip for accuracy
  • Coordinate organization of supplies to both Outbound & Inbound departments
  • Set up operations for success by placing & positioning supplies in appropriate areas and positions
  • Assist in researching missing or damaged non-inventory supplies
  • Electronically close PO’s following confirmation of deliveries using Procurify/ERP
  • Serve as backup for daily supply counts
  • Assist when needed with pallet collection & placement on accurate trailers
  • When needed – aid in maintaining general housekeeping throughout the warehouse
  • All other functions as deemed necessary

 

What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and Web Browsers
  • PIT certified- Dock Stocker & Reach Truck mandatory, others as needed/wanted
  • Basic understanding of Chewy boxes, BOL’s, loading and unloading of trailers
  • TSR certified
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Numbers Oriented
