We come from a variety of walks of life and can be found either in Atlanta or in NYC. We are backed by the investment arm of one of America’s largest furniture retailers, although we are independent and proudly building a technology in service of the furniture industry and furniture shoppers.

We are looking for an Online Merchandiser to help develop and implement digital merchandising strategies to drive the online consumer journey and grow traffic. You are a dynamic team player, self-starter and analytical thinker who has fun tackling complex projects, and a strong relationship builder who thrives collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

RESPONSIBILITLES 

  • Optimize the online experience including intuitive navigation, filters, category tiles, linking, inspirational merchandise presentations and product details.
  • Work closely with marketing team to align merchandising strategies with promotional activities, making website updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and SEO to ensure seamless integration of partner data, optimize content, scale merchandising efforts and improve processes.
  • Utilize product information management (PIM) system to enhance the overall online merchandising strategy.
  • Analyze web analytics data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to make proactive recommendations to the online merchandising strategy. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in online merchandising.
  • Excellent Excel skills with ability to manage spreadsheets, perform calculations and summarize data.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
  • Experience building web pages.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of website taxonomy and its impact on user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of internal search.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with product information management (PIM) systems
  • Furniture industry experience
  • Google Analytics, Power BI, Content Square and/or FullStory
