MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEERING LEAD

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering roles, and;
  • Managed model development, deployment, and monitoring using LLMs and MLOps platforms (e.g., Databricks, ML Flow, Weights & Biases, DVC).
  • Ability to manage LLM-specific workflows like experimentation, governance, serving, and monitoring.
  • Applied statistical, mathematical, machine learning, and deep learning concepts to solve real-world problems, develop models, and interpret results.
  • Developed  and deployed solutions  in cloud computing environments (preferably GCP).

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Independently manage and execute end-to-end machine learning projects, demonstrating accountability and consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready models within agreed-upon timelines. 
  • Create and refine workflows around LLM, setting standards for the team and contributing to the company's expertise.
  • Share expertise and best practices in MLOps, cloud computing, and advanced ML techniques, actively contributing to the growth and development of the team. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep technical expertise to develop and deploy innovative solutions that drive measurable results. 
  • Clearly articulate how our solutions will directly address the client’s needs and their business challenges.
