PARTNER MANAGER (GOOGLE & ADOBE)

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience working in a partner management role with Google, including deep familiarity with their ecosystem, systems, and processes.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or marketing capacity, planning and executing events like Google Next and other client-facing initiatives.
  • A strong track record of managing and executing against specific project codes and funding mechanisms, such as PSF (Partner Support Funding), to ensure revenue is secured and tracked accurately.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, business, and other teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive content creation.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related operations with Google, including event registration, training alignment, and managing project and billing codes.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a hyper-growth strategy,  services in collaboration with Google Cloud, driving success toward an ambitious annual target and managing a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and implement the global go-to-market strategy, integrating core strengths with Google Cloud solutions to craft customized offerings for key customer segments.
  • Lead global Cloud initiatives, including Solution Sales and GenAI programs, positioning GCP as the preferred platform for new workloads and strengthening our  top-tier partnership
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and create compelling content and marketing materials.

What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:

  • Successfully manage all partner operations, including tracking and claiming eligible PSF funding.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives a significant increase in our Google Cloud services pipeline.
  • Initiate and facilitate new business opportunities within the Google ecosystem, including generating and closing 2-3 new deals within the first six months.
