POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to support our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using the SAP Migration Cockpit and a strong background in migrating data from non-SAP systems to SAP. This role requires expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), as well as ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and execute data migration activities for S/4HANA implementation.
• Utilize the SAP Migration Cockpit and other ETL tools to transfer data from legacy/non-SAP systems to SAP.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand data requirements and migration scope.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, cutover plans, and post-migration validation.
• Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
• Document migration processes, strategies, and lessons learned for future reference.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects, including S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with the SAP Migration Cockpit and other SAP migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BODS, etc.).
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Experience migrating data from non-SAP systems (legacy databases, third-party applications, etc.) into SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, master data, and transactional data.
• Proficiency in SQL, ABAP (preferred), and data analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and resolve data quality issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

COMPENSATION:

• Up to $105 CAD per hour
