Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 9 months (Month Day, Year - Month Day, Year) (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

POSITION SUMMARY: 

A 10-month, full time Data Coordinator contractor to support various data management and claim processes. Position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, strong problem solving capabilities and good communication skills with robust data and technology experience. The Data Coordinator is responsible for processing distributor sales claim data into Vistex, matching customer, material and unit of measure data and performing data validation and quality assurance activities. This position collaborates with various other Business Operations teams including Finance’s Chargeback team to identify and obtain missing distributor submission data. Other responsibilities include managing the Data Management team’s shared email box, and assisting with other data management processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to communications related to data management and claims processes, maintaining a professional and timely approach.
• Run reports to analyze data trends and support decision-making processes.
• Upload claims into various software systems, assuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Review and resolve claim issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
• Process sales data into software systems accurately, assuring proper matching of customer, material, and unit of measure data.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity of data.
• Assist with various data management processes, providing support to other business operation teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to facilitate seamless data management and claims processing.
• Manage data in systems with accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot system related issues.
• Assure data is complete from customers and ready to set up and/or load.
• Assure data is processed accurately and timely, performs data validation and quality assurance activities.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of relevant job experience in data management / data analytics
• 4-year degree.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team and a cross-functional environment
• Ability to work independently, with little or no direction

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• High level of attention of detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in a variety of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team and a cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of Vistex, SAP, PowerBi, EDI
