Title: Organizational Development Coordinator
Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Initial term: 12months (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday work from home)

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The position involves high-level administration. We are seeking a candidate who is organized, can pivot quickly without being flustered, possesses good communication skills, and can work independently and proactively. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the candidate will interact with various departments across the company.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration and Support of our New Associate Orientation (NAO) Program: Manage all NAO logistics including scheduling classes and facilitators based on availability, making room reservations and ensuring room set-up, ordering and maintaining all materials, maintaining current vendor contracts. Leveraging Microsoft 365 lists, power applications, and workflows to support the program logistics.
  • Administration of the Learning Management System: Maintain program rosters and participant evaluations as subject matter expert on the functionality and full use of the LMS, including but not limited to creating classes, updating associate training records etc. This also includes continuous learning about the full functionality of the LMS and how we can expand and fully utilize all applicable functionality.
  • Assist with the Development and Tracking of the OD Budget: Track spending throughout the year and meet with the OD managers on a regular basis to review budget status and make needed adjustments. Submit vendor and supplier invoices for payment on a timely basis, investigate payment questions, respond to payment inquiries and execute internal chargebacks.
  • Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to the OD team, HR team, associates, managers and vendors. This includes providing support regarding registrations, cancellations, reports, vendor requests, etc. Respond to any inquiries in a timely manner contacting the appropriate individuals and/or teams to resolve questions.
  • Associate Development Center Backup: Serve as a backup for the associate development center as needed.
  • Assist with support of other OD related programs & solutions in addition to other duties and special projects as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An associate's degree or equivalent work experience in an OD / training environment is desired

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps is required (used daily to collect and analyze data, automate information, and ensure its accurate flow).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
  • The candidate must be Excel proficient, able to create and generate formulas.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power automate is required
  • LMS experience is preferred, as the Coordinator will maintain program rosters and participant evaluations.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Creating engaging marketing and communication for learning and training solutions, social platforms, and Canva or similar software.
