Title: Program Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO
Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing (FuseGlobal has worked with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 12 months (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday WFH

About This Role: 

This Program Manager will be responsible for digital activations across various sites. The PM will own the Jira board, keeping it updated and ready for statuses (good experience with Jira is required). We are seeking an individual who is comfortable leading a team and being the point person, and having and holding responsibility. 

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for daily management through the lifecycle of the program and that delivery is on track
• Drive work from intake → ideation → briefing → build → launch → postlaunch
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between projects and products
• Manage and organize resources and documentation across projects
• Lead activation status forums, including agenda setting, readiness review, and decision-making.
• Align deliverables across the projects and product to the program’s outcome
• Monitor the progress to ensure milestones are being met across various projects and programs.
• Optimize the processes, procedures and reporting to manage the work streams
• Manage stakeholders’ communication and make sure they are informed
• Manage risks and issues related to project delivery items and take corrective measurements with stakeholders
• Escalate when a workstream or project needs help to stay on track by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and resourcing gaps

What You Bring: 

• 5+ years in project or program management
• High-level operational management and leadership skills within the project management space
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Risk management
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge on Jira, Confluence and Workfront
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
