Lead SAP Warranty Claim Management Consultant

Initial term: 12 months

Location: Remote plus travel

Travel: 25-35% to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area.

We are seeking a Lead SAP Warranty Claim Management Consultant to support an SAP S/4 Service implementation for an heavy machine / automotive client.

Experience required: 

• 4+ full life cycle Warranty Mgt. projects 
• 15+ years of Sap CS and PM experience
• Configure and support Warranty Claim Management in SAP
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements for warranty processes
• Design and implement:
• Claim types (customer / vendor / internal)
• Claim processing workflows
• Status profiles and action controls
• Integrate warranty claims with:
• Service Orders (S/4 Service)
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• MM (Materials Management)
• FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
• Configure:
• Pricing procedures for reimbursements
• Output determination
• Action profiles and follow-up actions
• Handle claim settlement & reimbursement processing

This is an initial 12-month contract requiring 25–35% travel to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area.
