Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is now hiring a geriatric-focused Physical Therapist to join our team at our partner assisted living facilities in Boston, MA. In this role, you will deliver compassionate and personalized care in a supportive, team-oriented setting that values your expertise and professional growth. 

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
  • Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient goals are met and outcomes are optimized
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence and a better quality of life
  • Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops

About You

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state license to practice PT
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • An interest in working with the senior population
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
