About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with Downtown PT, you’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive, hands-on environment that encourages learning and collaboration. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking for a place to grow long term, you’ll have the mentorship, tools, and autonomy to do your best work.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Manage a caseload with dedicated one-on-one treatment times that prioritize patient outcomes over volume
- Continue learning through mentorship, CEUs, and professional development

About You
You’ll be a great fit if you bring the following:
- A caring, patient-centered approach
- A passion for movement, recovery, and helping people thrive
- Curiosity, energy, and a commitment to growing as a clinician
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
- A DPT or MPT from a CAPTE-accredited program
- An eligible or active Massachusetts PT license in good standing
