Help Desk Associate (Haverhill)
Fusion Worldwide is a top independent global electronic components distributor and we are looking to add a Help Desk Associate to our IT team. This position will be onsite at our facility in Haverhill, MA with the opportunity to provide onsite support to our Boston HQ in the Seaport and our office in Portsmouth, NH. This individual will report to our Help Desk Supervisor and is an excellent opportunity to hone your IT skills and learn Fusion Worldwide’s processes from the ground up; there is growth potential for the right candidate.

What You Can Do For Us
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all organizational hardware, equipment and software while ensuring optimal workstation performance. This role will also troubleshoot problem areas (by phone, email, chat or in-person).
- Review and resolve help desk tickets by working with the end user via chat, phone and email.
- Troubleshoot our organization’s computer systems, laptops and peripherals, printers, common software, etc.
- Provide onsite support for new employee equipment planning and set up, office moves, conference room set up and ad-hoc technical needs.
- If needed, work with vendors such as HP, Microsoft/TechData to resolve technical issues or upgrades to hardware and software as needed.
- Perform some network administration, including creating new users, assigning rights, resetting passwords in Active Directory, etc.
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in applicable field of study; Information Technology preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, ability to multi-task and customer service attitude.
- A team-player who is a problem-solver, adaptable and enjoys helping others.
- Entry-level; 1-2 years’ experience.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, some software and connectivity issues; experience with Windows machines.
- Ability to travel between two office locations.
