What You Can Do For Us

  • Responsible for the full aspects of finance spectrum for China
  • Actively involved in daily operational support in timely manner to Trading floor in trade executions
  • Validation on employee expense claims on monthly basis
  • Perform payment and collection duties on AP and AR.
  • Prepare financial reporting package in accordance with local GAAP and US GAAP to the management team based in Asia and USA.
  • Review of balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring adequate follow ups of outstanding items
  • Handling of external audits.
  • Responsible for taxation that includes coordinating with our external tax consultants to ensure accuracy of various tax reports such as VAT, corporate tax, stamp duties and being compliant with tax regulation
  • Supports any government statistical surveys
  • Being a coordinator between local service providers / regulators / Financial Institutions and company employees for various finance related tasks
  • Develop and document business workflow processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Streamlining workflow processes to enhance better productivity.
  • Analyze operational costs to maximize cost efficiency
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of China full-set accounting experience, including audits and tax regulatory obligations
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance in China
  • Confident communicator with experience dealing directly with China regulators
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Proactive and independent
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strive in dynamic environment and embrace new challenges
