What can you do for us!

Office Operations & Environment

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, clean, and well-organized workplace
  • Take ownership of office environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Proactively improve office setup, processes, and overall workplace experience

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source office supplies, equipment, and services, and manage vendor relationships
  • Handle procurement and maintain asset inventory
  • Support sourcing and delivery of marketing materials across regions

HR & Administrative Support

  • Support onboarding (workstation setup, access, name cards, etc.)
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Assist with TA coordination and general HR administrative tasks

Coordination & Execution

  • Manage reception, mail, courier, and travel arrangements
  • Support internal events and company activities
  • Process invoices and ensure timely follow-ups

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a structured, timely, and organized manner

Who we’re looking for!

  • 5 years of general admin experience preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365 especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Spoken and written communication in English and Chinese for business needs
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
