As a member of our organization, Responsible for the safe handling, storage, inventory control, and movement of semiconductor components while ensuring compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements and environmental controls. The role supports accurate inventory management, on-time material delivery, and adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. Generate sales orders to initiate the process. Become an expert in the most cost-effective means of shipping electronic parts & finished goods. Communicates with commodity management, sales, purchasing, quality, and external partners personnel.

What You Can Do for Us
- Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship semiconductor parts in accordance with company procedures.
- Handle all materials using ESD-safe practices, including proper grounding, packaging, and workstation protocols.
- Maintain environmental requirements such as housekeeping and cleanliness for sensitive electronic components.
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with outbound logistics activities.
- Understand shipping instructions from sales and packing requirements by customers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement team, sales team and logistics teams to support operational requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and photo taking proofs for record purposes.
- To assist Warehouse Manager in any other ad hoc jobs.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the semiconductor or shipping industry.
- Available to do overtime (including weekends; if needed) when necessary to support high-volume shipments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and inputs in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient with standard business tools (Outlook, Themes, MS Office 365, etc.).
