About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the charge in driving high-quality innovation, prioritization, and continuous optimization across our software products. This individual will own and optimize processes, proactively manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our integrated product and engineering teams stay aligned, efficient, and motivated at a company with a culture of excellence, where high standards and continuous improvement are the norm.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our new product development process while collaborating with a design-focused team. You’ll be the engine that pushes technical projects forward, ensuring every team member knows their role and path to success.
You will:
Program Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery, ensuring quality from design handoff through development, QA, testing, and final release.
- Identify dependencies, blockers, and execution risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning milestones, roadmaps, and priorities across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Engineering, Product, and Design Team (EPD) and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive execution.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences, translating requirements, risks, and updates effectively.
- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders across the organization to provide transparent updates on program progress, risks, and dependencies.
Execution and Process Optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and performance to ensure the seamless execution of technical programs.
- Distill complex projects into clear, actionable plans, owning their execution and delivery.
- Leverage automation and thoughtful redesign to enhance team productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
You have:
- Experience designing and implementing successful technical program or product management systems and processes for complex, cross-functional projects with a proven track record of shipping software products.
- Extensive experience documenting and translating cross-functional business to technical requirements (and vice versa) (i.e. writing Product Requirements Documents) in a consolidated matter – ready for multiple project execution.
- Strong ability to see processes at a high level, identify areas for improvement, and drive change effectively to optimize team performance.
- Enjoy creating clarity from ambiguity and break down complex projects into manageable, interdependent deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Proven track record of relationship development with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring confidence and accountability, especially in a remote work environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Confidence and composure to collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams effectively.
- Passion for learning and continuously improving your craft.
