About the Role
Future is seeking a Creative Lead to shape and own the brand identity and creative execution across all channels — paid, organic, web, email, and product marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will ensure Future’s look and feel is distinctive, consistent, and high-performing.
You’ll serve as both a hands-on creative leader and a strategic partner, blending performance-driven experimentation with long-term brand-building. From TikTok ads to lifecycle emails, landing pages to iconography, you’ll set the creative vision and ensure excellence in every asset we produce.
You will:
- Lead the vision and execution of Future’s creative output across paid media, influencer content, organic social, website, email, and product touchpoints.
- Oversee and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of creative excellence and experimentation.
- Partner with Performance, Lifecycle, Content, and Product teams to ensure creative drives measurable results while reinforcing brand identity.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines that ensure quality, cohesion, and efficiency across all visual channels.
- Push the boundaries of storytelling through motion, video, animation, and interactive formats that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all visual assets, balancing speed and craft in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion the brand identity, evolving its look and feel as the company scales, and ensuring it remains distinctive and memorable.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and platforms to keep Future’s creative fresh, relevant, and high-impact.
You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in visual design, creative direction, or brand design, ideally in consumer/DTC businesses.
- A portfolio spanning brand identity, still imagery, video, and motion creative that demonstrates both craft and business impact.
- Experience leading and mentoring designers, agencies, or contractors, with a track record of raising creative standards.
- An ability as a systems thinker, able to scale design quality through repeatable tools, guidelines, and templates.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), and comfortable working across both static and motion formats.
- Skills to translate performance data into creative iterations, balancing storytelling with direct-response needs.
- The ability to collaborate well across functions — marketing, product, content, and leadership — to bring ideas to life.
- A strong point of view on design and storytelling, but are open to iteration and experimentation.
- Passion about fitness, health, and technology, and motivated to help Future inspire people to move.
Compensation, Benefits & Life at Future:
- Salary range: $110,000-130,000 / year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
