Principal Product Manager, Growth

US

At FuturHealth, we're on a mission to create a product where every individual feels inspired and empowered to confidently take charge of their wellbeing. We believe in and are dedicated to offering personalized and holistic approaches to combat health concerns.

Operating at the intersection of health and technology, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including telemedicine, personalized nutrition plans, medication delivery, and insurance solutions. We believe that wellbeing is deeply personal, and the path to becoming the best version of yourself is paved with progress, not perfection. Our central focus is on utilizing scientifically-proven prescriptions and telehealth initiatives to tackle obesity head-on.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager, Growth who thrives on ownership, clarity from ambiguity, and delivering results at scale. In this role, you will take the lead on high-impact product initiatives across the organization—building, shaping, and optimizing products that directly improve patient outcomes, drive growth, and support operational excellence.

You’ll operate at both strategic and tactical levels: setting the vision, defining the roadmap, and executing with cross-functional teams. You’ll partner closely with leadership and bring a strong perspective on prioritization, long-term planning, and user-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with FuturHealth’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution plans for initiatives that impact conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Operate as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, informing product direction with market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer data.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale our platform, improve user outcomes, and strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to drive prioritization, deeply rooted in business impact and user value.
  • Mentor product managers and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the broader product organization.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, enabling rapid iteration and continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
  • Define success metrics and own the reporting of KPIs to key stakeholders, with a focus on actionable insights and long-term product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of new products and features.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a principal or equivalent leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading 0→1 and scale-stage products in high-growth, fast-paced environments—preferably within health tech, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and product judgment, with a strong ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across executive, clinical, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with fluency in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Deep experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with D2C healthcare, telehealth, or consumer wellness products.
  • Strong technical acumen or background in engineering or data science.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer or clinical settings.
Passion for building mission-driven products that make a measurable difference in people’s lives.

The pay range for this role is $187,000- $250,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
