POSITION OVERVIEW
We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic individual interested in accelerating their career through a dynamic Sales Consultant program. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls with broker inquiries and answer questions in a variety of areas: product features, literature requests, and hypothetical illustrations as well as participate in extensive training and developmental experiences to help enhance your personal and professional growth. Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply, this is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in sales.
This position is based in our Wayne, PA office.
- Provide product and client cases sales support
- Explain in detail the features, benefits, & advantages of our retirement products
- Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations
- Ensure advisors have proper marketing materials
- Document calls within Salesforce.com for tracking purposes
- Act as liaison between home office and wholesalers in field
- Assist in the development process of new employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in financial services, global markets, and economics
- Eagerness to learn, solid work ethic, and motivation to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Display willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows
- Successfully complete Resident Life License and Series 7 & Series 63 within 120 days of employment
