Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery to lead the execution of product marketing campaigns across channels and product lines. This role brings order to complexity, turning ideas into impact through strong coordination, clear communication, and flawless delivery. The right candidate combines strategic thinking with operational rigor to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed marketing project plans that align with business and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, content, product marketing, sales, and digital—to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product functions to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep initiatives on track and within scope.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity in all marketing materials.
- Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or Delivery Manager preferred
- Understanding marketing principles, integrated campaign delivery, and cross-channel execution.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, results-driven outcomes.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.
The base salary range for this role is
$90,000 - $95,000 USD
