Position Summary
This role supports the execution, enhancement, and governance of the Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) process for a growing (re)insurance platform. The position sits at the intersection of actuarial modeling, financial reporting, controls, and process improvement, with direct exposure to Bermuda-based actuarial teams, auditors, and regulators. The individual will contribute to quarterly and annual EBS production, analyze and explain model results, onboard new reinsurance transactions, and help strengthen the control framework around the EBS process.
Success in this role requires strong technical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a hands-on mindset. The ideal candidate is early in their actuarial career, actively pursuing ASA designation, and eager to deepen their understanding of life and annuity products, actuarial models, and regulatory expectations.
