Who You Are:
GalaxyOne is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to join the Client Success team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and corporate clients, delivering white-glove onboarding and ongoing relationship management across GalaxyOne’s product suite.
This role blends service and sales — ensuring clients receive exceptional support while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and drive growth. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, activation, and account expansion with a proactive, consultative
approach that builds trust and long-term value.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing conversations, takes ownership, and communicates with empathy and precision. You understand that great service means anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and creating a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
Experience in financial services or digital assets is a plus, but more importantly, you bring curiosity, professionalism, and a drive to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and corporate clients, delivering white-glove onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Proactively manage a book of clients across GalaxyOne’s product suite (cash, brokerage, crypto, and premium yield), ensuring seamless setup, activation, and engagement.
- Identify cross-product opportunities and partner with internal teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Maintain high service standards through timely, accurate, and thoughtful client communication.
- Anticipate client needs and leverage data-driven insights to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Compliance to resolve complex issues and optimize the client experience.
- Represent the GalaxyOne brand with professionalism, empathy, and accountability in every interaction.
- Stay current on GalaxyOne products, market developments, and industry trends to provide credible, consultative guidance.
- Work with CRM & Support tools to manage client interactions, track issues, and communicate with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management, private wealth, institutional client service, or a related financial services role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client relationships.
- Familiarity with regulated banking, investment, and crypto products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in high-touch, client-facing settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience with CRM and Support tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, and Slack is required.
Bonus Points:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent)
- Prior startup experience
