Who You Are:

We are looking for a trader to join our team in the Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will work alongside the global team in managing firmwide risk and have a strong background and interest in crypto markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on the OTC Derivatives Desk, pricing and executing complex structured crypto products
• Own end-to-end trade lifecycle: pricing, execution, hedging, and ongoing risk management of OTC flows
• Monitor and manage Greeks and volatility exposures across a live book, coordinating risk coverage with the global team
• Build and maintain pricing tools and models, ensuring consistency with market-observable volatility surfaces
• Conduct daily risk reporting and P&L attribution
• Partner with the Head of Franchise Trading and the Quant-Dev organization to expand the model library and broaden the firm's exotic product shelf
• Collaborate with the structuring and sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for institutional clients
• Stay current on crypto markets, macro developments, and evolving narratives across digital assets

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience on an exotic derivatives desk at a bank, hedge fund, or crypto-native trading firm
• Deep expertise quoting and risk-managing exotic options: European barriers, accumulators/decumulators, and autocallables
• Strong hands-on familiarity with mixed volatility models (e.g., local-stochastic vol, Heston, SABR) and their practical application to pricing and hedging
• Background in FX or equity exotic derivatives, with the ability to apply that experience to crypto underlyings
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Institutional-grade execution experience and a rigorous, process-driven approach to risk
• Business English required; native Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Bonus Points: 

• Structuring experience — ability to work directly with clients to design bespoke payoff structures
• Experience with crypto options markets or digital asset derivatives
• Prior OTC trading or crypto market-making background
• Interest in, or active participation in, the crypto ecosystem
