The Role: 

Galaxy is seeking a Director of Integration to take full ownership of our Service Titan Center of Excellence. The Director of Integration will work hand-in-hand with field teams, brand leadership, and corporate functions to drive world-class implementations across the platform.

This role goes well beyond systems implementation and infrastructure. The Director of Integration will deeply understand the operational workflows of our brands and translate Service Titan's capabilities into clear SOPs that teams are capable of executing and excited to adopt. Equal parts project manager, trainer, and champion—this person will help brands unlock real ROI from the platform.

Importantly, this role is both operational and strategic. Beyond core implementation, training, and platform optimization, the Director of Integration will also partner with Galaxy executive leadership to develop and own our 3-year Service Titan technology roadmap. This includes serving as Galaxy’s advocate and primary liaison with the Service Titan team, and engaging with other third-party platforms to maintain a view on high-ROI technology solutions in our space.

Specific responsibilities include:

• End-to-end ownership of Service Titan implementation at Galaxy brands, instilling a high degree of confidence and excitement in all levels of the organization as brands onboard to the platform
• Project management including cross-functional internal and external stakeholder management
• Define and document Service Titan SOPs
• Deliver world-class training and onboarding experience for all facets of the platform
• Engage as the primary ST contact for brands before and after go-live
• Ensure accurate, timely data is available to both brands and the corporate team
• Own 3-year roadmap for Service Titan and related technology
• Manage external vendors and third-party resources for discrete portions of Service Titan implementations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Service Titan implementation ownership – ideally in a multi-brand platform
• Excellence in project management and cross-functional coordination
• Exceptional organizational skill and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for a wide range of audiences (field technician, brand GM, corporate finance, GSP executive)
• Experience building repeatable processes/playbooks that scale across multiple locations
• Proven ability to drive operational changes through influence and collaboration rather than mandate.
• Strong bias for action and team-first mentality
• Data-driven and process-oriented leadership
