What You'll Do:
- Provide Personalized Support: Understand each person you assist, recognize their unique circumstances, and offer exceptional service that goes beyond expectations.
- Facilitate Connections: Guide individuals to the appropriate Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative support. This may involve tasks like processing insurance authorizations and collecting medical records.
- Enhance Experiences: Build strong relationships, pay attention to the details, and continually seek ways to improve our processes and the experiences of those we serve.

Location:
- Work from our prime downtown Seattle office in Westlake Center (5th and Olive), where retail, dining, and excellent transit connections meet.
Compensation:
- $22-$28 per hour, based on experience and market factors.
