About The Role
Galileo is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead and oversee the development and execution of population health programs. This role is best suited for someone who can successfully navigate the partner landscape and delivery on initiatives that promote engagement and drive patient outcomes and quality improvement.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of Engagement Specialists, providing consistent coaching to develop a best in class team and to drive accountability against performance goals.
- Understand high level contract/cohort goals and help translate to action plans and manage against them.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations, developing and maintaining staffing models that align with organizational needs, balancing patient engagement demands with efficient resource allocation
- Have availability to work with teams in all timezones, predominantly EST, as well as supporting over the weekend
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
- 3+ years of experience and proven track record of success in healthcare related engagement. Experience in a high volume, outcomes-focused outreach role within the healthcare industry.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, setting performance metrics, monitoring targets and driving improvement on a continuous basis
- You have a passion for coaching and developing people, offering consistent support and guidance to get them to perform their best, as well as ensuring accountability.
- You're a champion of collaboration and inclusivity and foster a culture and strong shared values. You use these skills to help drive consistent engagement across the teams.
- You have a strong orientation toward problem-solving and decision-making in an open, collaborative environment and focus on making decisions that benefit our patients and the organization as a whole
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Can adapt to a fast-paced environment and pivot as needed to meet evolving company and patient needs
- Bonus if professionally fluent in English/Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting
Compensation Range: $70K - $110K annually based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
