About Us:

We are at the forefront of redefining financial technology, offering a robust, cloud-native Banking Core as a Service platform that empowers financial institutions to innovate at scale. Our solutions are designed to provide a flexible, secure, and scalable core banking system that integrates seamlessly with various financial products and services. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Principal PM to join our team and drive the development of our cutting-edge Core platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • API Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based APIs tailored for the financial services industry. Ensure these APIs are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Deployment Model Development: Define deployment models that cater to different customer needs, including on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud deployment environments. Develop best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Customer Cloud Connectivity: Collaborate with customers to understand their cloud connectivity requirements and operating model. Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud deployments, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Interface Development: Build and manage different interfaces such as Event-Driven Architectures (EDA), file-based reconciliation systems, and data warehouse integrations. Ensure these interfaces are optimized for performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Participate in architectural reviews and design discussions to ensure alignment with the company’s technical vision.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure that relevant aspects of the platform adhere to these standards. Work with the compliance team to implement necessary changes and updates.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with Cloud-Based APIs: Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-based APIs, especially within regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Financial Institutions Experience: Deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of APIs in financial institutions, including security, compliance, and scalability.
  • iPaaS, Connectors, and Workflows: Experience working with and building Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, connectors, and workflows. Ability to design and manage complex integrations across diverse systems.
  • Cloud Platform Development: Extensive experience building cloud platforms at scale. Strong knowledge of platform roadmap development, commercial approaches, and essential cloud infrastructure components such as VPC, extensibility, and security standards
  • Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to partner with technical teams, make strategic decisions, and drive projects to completion. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

US-Based Base Compensation

$182,400 - $313,500 USD
