Our accounting team is seeking a Accunting Specialist - Reconciliations to join our growing team. This role will report to the Financial Operations Manager.
What you'll do:
- Perform Bank statement reconciliations.
- Research outstanding entries to ensure items are cleared in a timely manner.
- Prepare appropriate adjusting entries.
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.
- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work eƯectively in a team environment, along with being self-motivated, ability to work independently, multi tasking, and a high attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and solid experience in standard Microsoft products are essential, especially with Excel.
- Batchelor’s Degree in Accounting, or 5+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable experience within an organization during its start-up and growth phases, executing through teamwork and collaboration.
- Strengths include problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization in a collaborative manner.
- Must be able to establish peer relationships and communicate eƯectively within cross-functional and external teams as well.

$29.44 - $44.16 USD
