About the role
We are looking a Project Manager with a strong background in software project delivery for external clients, particularly in the financial services industry. (Banks and fintech industry) The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship management skills and a proven ability to work with senior management to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Customer management and delivery service, constant interactions with the client's different stakeholders.
- Promote a "customer-centric" environment by taking into account the client's concerns and pain points.
- Identify potential upsales by understanding the technical capabilities of the platforms in order to bring value propositions to the client.
Project management
- Monitor the quality of deliveries to ensure punctuality.
- Establish and achieve KPIs: revenue, GP, billing, customer satisfaction and NPS.
- Provide ongoing support to manage problems, complaints and concerns.
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration between Support, PMs: EvoLabs, implementation cells, Client: PO and IT/Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure methodological compliance and disseminate best practices.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs or conditions established in the contracts that apply to the services provided.
- Ensure compliance with internal compliance guidelines
- Optimize resource allocation in different work cells
Manage associated risks.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.
-Track actions with performance monitoring.
-Track billing for the entire project, collaborating with the Purchasing area.
-Develop reports for both monthly steering committees and weekly project health checks
-Manage and track contractual issues such as renewals, extensions, framework contracts, addenda, etc.
People Management
- Lead and manage Project Managers and Leaders (such as Scrum Masters).
- Evaluate the performance of the profiles effectively, taking into account both the technical perspective (with input from the Technical Leaders) and the attitudinal part, learning curve, commitment, potential, etc.
- Promote a good work environment by generating commitment from the management team and the project members.
- Skills/Technical knowledge
- Understand the financial aspects and KPIs of the business.
- Acquire technical knowledge of the product and business knowledge of the industry.
- Have experience in managing deliveries in service companies related to technological projects, such as technology companies, consultancies, IT service providers/platforms/products or development factories, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Manage billing and costs effectively.
Soft skills
- Strong leadership skills not only in terms of managing people to keep them motivated and engaged, but also to ensure that the management of the different project groups is executed in a timely manner.
- Effective communication: listening skills, clear expression of ideas, requests and expectations and ability to adapt the same message for different audiences and manage difficult conversations.
