The role:
The Program Manager supports the development and execution of card payment programs, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams such as product, compliance, revenue, and cardholder services, alongside a focus on analyzing program performance, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Program Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, monitoring progress, and delivering insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
What would you do?
- Supporting card payment programs by coordinating activities and monitoring performance metrics.
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Assisting with compliance by understanding and applying industry regulations and supporting documentation efforts.
- Acting as a liaison for internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and timely task completion.
- Managing project documentation, including timelines, plans, and reporting updates for senior management.
US-Based Base Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD
