The role:
Galileo FT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyberbank Digital Framework Product Manager to join our team. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Cyberbank products. This individual will be a part team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and customer needs. The role requires an advanced understanding of the banking industry, cybersecurity, software development kit (SDK), and product management principles.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Cyberbank products.
- Align product strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Create and iterate the identification of new sets of features.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Oversee the creation and management of digital framework product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Led the ideation, strategy, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products to enable Digital
- Ability to take complex technical strategy and requirements and easily communicate them that resonates with various audiences.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Drives engagement with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management, to gather insights and feedback.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with outbound product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer services teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, initiatives, and results to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks associated with product development and deployment and proactively takes the initiative of product outcomes and finds scrappy ways to around these challenges.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in the banking or financial technology sector.
- Experience to influence without authority to drive results.
- Experience working on developer-focused SDKs, APIs, and services.
- Experience delivering products with new technology introduction.
- Knowledge of requirements in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
