What you’ll do:
- Establish and maintain organizational cadences for product roadmaps, release planning, and operating reviews
- Execute on short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans
- Manage cross functional projects and drive efficiency by building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Coordinate across all teams for delivery on regular rhythms and cadences
- Ensure quality and regular communications across teams for internal and external updates
- Establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
- Maintain portfolio operations by optimizing processes and driving efficiency across our projects
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years in project management, business operations, financial operations, or similar function
- Proficient in G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Excellent critical, creative and data thinking, decision-making and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Workday
- Industry expertise in payments and / or technology
- Experience with audit preparedness within FinTech industry
US-Based Base Compensation
$64,000 - $120,000 USD
