The role:
Operations Enablement is hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage process improvement and change management projects, create and document SOPs with a high degree of detail and precision, analyze ticketing workflows, identify and execute opportunities for automation. Since many of the change management projects impact clients, you will also write highly polished client communications and FAQs.
What you’ll do:
- Drive Ops Enablement projects that facilitate change adoption, increase cost efficiency, operationalize rote procedures, and improve the employee and client experience.
- Identify and manage project tasks, dependencies, roadblocks, risks, and critical path items and follow typical project management methodologies.
- Document the scope for a project including gathering requirements, identifying the must haves, and acceptance criteria.
- Use Smartsheets for key project artifacts and tracking.
- Training cross-functional teams to facilitate change management and drive process adherence.
- Write documentation for SOPs with a high degree of accuracy, obtaining input from SMEs
- Write client facing communications and FAQs with a high degree of accuracy, precision, and excellent writing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional colleagues to obtain the best solutions based on diverse perspectives.
- Maintain excellent written and oral communication.
- Manage several concurrent projects and coordinate implementation plans.
- Advise leadership of project health through regular status updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of experience successfully in project management, management consulting, or operational management; preferably within tech, fintech, payments, or financial services industries
- Strategy & execution: Combine strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Proven ability to be collaborative team player who can constructively work across the enterprise to influence while also being open-minded
- Proven ability to re-engineer business processes and identify opportunities to create value
- Process oriented mindset as demonstrated by prior experience with operational transformation, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience improving profitability and reducing cost by optimizing operational capabilities
- Proven track record of execution in a multi-disciplinary, high-paced environment
- Excellent writing skills and great oral communication skills, including giving presentations
- Capable of grasping and utilizing complex ideas and strategies
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the general functionality of APIs and their business value preferred
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet preferred
- An understanding of the Galileo business, products, and services a plus
- Familiarity with instructional design and past experience with learning and development a plus
US-Based Base Compensation
$105,600 - $198,000 USD
