Director of Pricing

As Gallup’s director of pricing, you’ll architect a unified, global pricing strategy for all of our products — software, surveys, assessments, consulting, learning programs and more. Your expertise will guide how we compete in diverse markets, optimize cost structures and capture growth opportunities. At a pivotal time in Gallup’s transformation, you’ll influence how we bring our science, analytics and advice to the world.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and redesign pricing models across Gallup’s global product portfolio
- Build a comprehensive global pricing strategy informed by market studies, cost analytics and customer psychology
- Collaborate with finance experts, product leaders and senior executives to align pricing with strategies and growth goals
- Use analytics to monitor and adjust pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Recommend pricing models and forecast for new product launches and market entries

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field required; MBA or other master’s degree preferred
- At least seven years of experience in global pricing strategy required
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, product-based or consulting organizations preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $150,000-$250,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
