What You’ll Do

Orchestrate multiple workstreams, resources, timelines and deliverables
Communicate project milestones, costs and other administrative details
Proactively manage risks, anticipate scope changes and adjust plans to keep projects on track
Ensure timely, on-budget execution while maintaining Gallup’s quality standards
Design and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction
Adapt to each project’s evolving needs, providing the right level of structure, support and ownership to deliver exceptional results

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree required
At least two years of experience in project management, project coordination, executive administration or event management required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification preferred
Project management experience in Oracle Cloud, Excel Project Workbook and/or Smartsheet preferred
A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week required
Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $75,000-$90,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
