What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate multiple workstreams, resources, timelines and deliverables
- Communicate project milestones, costs and other administrative details
- Proactively manage risks, anticipate scope changes and adjust plans to keep projects on track
- Ensure timely, on-budget execution while maintaining Gallup’s quality standards
- Design and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction
- Adapt to each project’s evolving needs, providing the right level of structure, support and ownership to deliver exceptional results

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of experience in project management, project coordination, executive administration or event management required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification preferred
- Project management experience in Oracle Cloud, Excel Project Workbook and/or Smartsheet preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $75,000-$90,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
