What You’ll Do
- Perform the general ledger function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and transparency across accounting processes
- Complete month-end close processes, including consolidation of financial statements from numerous global entities
- Use system data, queries and analytical tools to perform cost reconciliations, identify anomalies and support continuous improvement in cost accuracy
- Manage audits, technical accounting and internal controls, including preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
- Collaborate with finance, technology and operations teams to improve processes and maintain data integrity
- Identify, recommend and implement automation opportunities that enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Model excellence in technical execution and continuous improvement

What You Need
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field required
- At least five years of progressive accounting leadership experience including managing audits and technical accounting required
- Experience with a major ERP system required; Oracle Cloud ERP preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, cost accounting and lease accounting required
- Proven ability to enhance automation and processes through technology and analytics required
- Experience with international consolidations and foreign currency transactions preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $120,000-$135,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
